This website is owned and operated by NEREÏ. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the NEREÏ website (www.nerei.studio) and govern any use of the Site.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services agreed between the customer and NEREÏ. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Customer’s own general terms and conditions do not apply unless otherwise agreed in writing by NEREÏ.
Orders placed through the Site are confirmed via email. A binding contract is created only after successful payment. NEREÏ reserves the right to refuse orders or apply special conditions. If the customer’s address cannot be clearly verified, the order may be declined. Interrupted or incomplete payments are not considered valid orders, even if an automatic confirmation is sent. NEREÏ will attempt to contact the customer to finalize payment if necessary.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise noted. Shipping and handling costs are not included unless stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed during checkout.
NEREÏ does not accept orders from individuals under the age of 16.
Payments are processed via Credit Card and PayPal. Orders are only fulfilled after payment is complete. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms. Content on the Site may be added, modified, or removed without notice.
Gift cards are available in amounts between €25 and €5,000. They can be purchased for personal use or as gifts, and are delivered digitally via email or as a physical, artfully designed card. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be redeemed for all products in our shop. Activation may take up to 24–48 hours. Gift cards can be used worldwide but do not include shipping costs.
All NEREÏ items are handmade and individually crafted. Due to the nature of the materials used, each item is unique and may vary slightly from the images shown on the Site. These variations are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for return. By ordering through the Site, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase a product, subject to these terms and availability. All products are made to order.
All NEREÏ pieces are made to order. Please note that delivery will always take a minimum of 3 weeks from the date of your order. Depending on complexity and order volume, production and delivery times may vary. You will receive a notification as soon as your piece is shipped.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. The risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping provider. NEREÏ is not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the shipping provider.
Due to the made-to-order and custom nature of our products, the statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) and the right to return goods are excluded, except in cases of defects, damage during shipping, or delivery error. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. For returns in such cases, please contact us at sales@nerei.studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns for reasons of fit, color, or personal preference are excluded.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label if necessary.
NEREÏ is not liable for any indirect damages, consequential losses, or lost profits arising from the use of the site or the products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
All content on this website—including text, imagery, design, and code—is the property of NEREÏ and protected by copyright. Content may not be copied or reproduced without written permission. Images may be shared on personal blogs or social media with clear credit and a link to www.nerei.studio and our Instagram handle @nerei.studio.
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment details. This information is used solely to process your order and to keep you informed about its status. Personal data is securely handled and never sold, traded, or rented. We share necessary information only with third-party providers involved in the order process. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@nerei.studio.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, unless otherwise required by law.
